Notes

This section is an endeavour by Legal Aid trust to Compile / create / publish notes related to various subjects of law that may be useful for LL.B / LL. M students. Though continuous effort is made to make the notes universal and applicable to any syllabus prescribed by any university in India, there may be a greater allignment to the syllabus prescribed by Karnataka State Law University (KSLU). We hope the notes presented here would be useful to the students taking up law exams. These notes may not only include original work by Legal Aid Trust , but also those; contributed / compiled / authored by various students / teachers with an objective of helping students.
